Splitting his time between Switzerland and Australia, Alexis Schoeb is active in cross-border sports disputes and is particularly recognised for his experience as a CAS arbitrator, advising both athletes and international sporting organisations. He has additional skill acting on anti-doping and contractual issues.

James Hargrove offers considerable knowledge of the Swiss market from his base in the London office of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. He offers particular experience representing Swiss companies in LCIA and ICC arbitrations.

Marc Veit is admitted to the Swiss Bar and as a solicitor in England and Wales, splitting his time between the two jurisdictions. He has experience representing clients in arbitrations under a range of rules, including those of the ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL. He often acts in disputes concerning bilateral investment treaties.
