Zoran has broad experience in M&A, energy, infrastructure, real estate, finance and regulatory matters and has been involved in a number of high-profile transactions and projects, advising clients from both the private and public sectors on a comprehensive range of issues.

He has been advising clients from all segments of the electricity and gas industries (including nuclear energy, renewables, electricity and gas infrastructure, electricity and gas supply and trading), on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, regulatory matters, commercial contracts, disputes and the implementation of EU legislation.
