Personal

Yngve Bustnesli is one of the leading practitioners within oil & gas transactions and regulatory and contractual work related to the petroleum activities. Yngve has previously formed part of the core team in the Ministry of Energy drafting the Petroleum Act with complementary Regulations. He is the co-author and co-editor of several highly recognised text-books in petroleum law and model contracts.

Yngve has been leading the legal team in a number of the largest oil & gas transactions, and is frequently involved in regulatory and contractual work related to field developments.

He advises on new energy projects related to electrification of petroleum installations, offshore wind projects, carbon capture & storage (CCS), and is assisting companies exploring the potential future realization of nuclear power plant projects in Norway.
