Practice Areas

Wolfgang Zürcher works in the areas of venture capital, private equity, and M&A. He supports entrepreneurs in the structuring of investment vehicles, in the financing of these vehicles, and in the acquisition and sale of target companies. He is on the governing board of private equity managers and of other listed and unlisted companies.
