William Wilson

Practice Areas

Mr. Wilson heads the firm’s New Jersey office and has over thirty years of experience in complex insurance matters, focusing on the handling of first-party and third-party insurance and reinsurance coverage disputes. In addition, he regularly handles commercial contract disputes, as well as products liability, employer liability, premises liability, and general tort claims. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. and is a mediator with the Superior Court of New Jersey, Morris County, Mediation Equity Panel.

Mr. Wilson is a former Adjunct Professor of Law, Seton Hall University School of Law.
