Vinay has developed deep expertise across structured finance and derivatives in over three decades at Linklaters. He has been a driving force in applying structured finance techniques to innovative financing solutions across multiple sectors and asset classes, from commodity-backed ETC platforms to credit insurance-wrapped Sovereign loan financings, and he is one of the lead partners responsible for the ubiquitous SPIRE platform. His practice encompasses the full range of asset classes—credit, rates, equities, funds and commodities.
