During the last years we highlight his crucial contribution and dedication as main legal advisor within the Technical Office (TO) constituted by the Sociedad Distrito Castellana Norte (DCN), today Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte (CreaMNN), main promoter of the star performance in Urban Planning Spanish "Madrid Nuevo Norte", in the actions aimed at approving the modification of the general plan in this matter, all in coordination with other multidisciplinary professional teams. Since the approval of the aforementioned modification, it provides legal advice in the drafting and processing of the legal instruments necessary for the beginning of the urban management of the different areas of "Madrid Nuevo Norte".

He has been involved in legal assistance to urban management procedures of maximum significance, assistance that has included the entire process of continuous legal advice from Compensation Boards and drafting of reparcellatory instruments until their registration in the Property Registry.

He has also been involved as a legal and urban planning legal advisor in the process of drafting and processing various special plans for photovoltaic energy infrastructure networks in different municipalities in the community of Madrid.

Regularly participates in the drafting of legal notes, reports, and opinions. Has contributed to the drafting of proposed urban planning legal texts, etc.

Finally, we highlight the legal direction of various judicial procedures of great significance in the field of urban planning law.
