Vânia is the founder of Wongtschowski Kleiman Advogados and one of the heads of the Arbitration team. She has a large experience with complex and strategic matters and is known for embracing the client’s problems as her own. She is recognized for her work in the construction and retail industries and in arbitrations involving real estate, corporate and bank contracts. The strategy conducted by Vânia when defending companies as Cargill, Diase Construções and BYD in Arbitral Proceedings before CCBC and CCI led to great results to the clients and was effusively praised by the Arbitrators, technical assistants and colleagues. She currently represents BTG, Fimer and the interests of the sellers in post M&A disputes. She has joined the Chamber of Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration OAB/SP (Sao Paulo Bar Association) as an arbitrator and has recently become a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
