With over 24 years of experience in Monegasque law, Valerie applies her extensive expertise to assisting private clients and ultra net worth individuals as well as local companies, large international companies and financial institutions.

Valerie Zoccola is an expert in international private law, dealing with divorces and disputes relating to child custody as well as complex successions matters with an international dimension. She has dealt with the case leading to the first decision in Monaco regarding the implementation of the Hague Convention on International Child Abduction.

She also specializes in commercial/banking and financial litigation. Over her years of experience, she has gathered a strong expertise in handling portfolio management disputes.

She has an in-depth knowledge and high level of technical expertise, being able to handle the most complex cases.

Career

Valerie joined the firm in 2012 after having successively spent 13 years with another lawyer in Monaco as Senior Associate and Office Manager. She now runs the Private Clients team.

She has a Masters Degree in Business law and Postgraduate degree in Business and Economic law.

She is Bilingual French and English and speaks fluent German.
