Tomás Paiva advises Brazilian and international clients on regulatory and contractual matters in the telecommunications, media, and technology (TMT) and infrastructure sectors. His practice encompasses regulatory advisory work—including regular engagement with key regulatory authorities such as ANATEL and ANCINE—as well as the structuring and negotiation of complex transactions involving TMT-related products and services. Tomás has extensive experience across a broad range of technologies and regulatory frameworks, having advised on major transactions in the sector and built a strong track record in securing regulatory approvals.
