Tanya Francis

Tanya is a Partner in the Manchester office. During her career she has acted on all aspects of real estate transactions from asset management to individual and portfolio acquisitions and disposals, funding arrangements to complex regeneration and development schemes.

Tanya’s current client list includes Columbia Threadneedle, Mayfield Developments, Far East Consortium, Manchester City Council, Ask Real Estate, Placefirst, Muse Developments and Caddick Developments. She has undertaken a number of client secondments in the past which has given her first-hand experience of what clients what and need from a legal service provider and places client service at the centre of her practice.
