Managing Director and founder of Farore Law. Suzanne has 25 years’ specialist experience in discrimination, harassment, employment, and partnership law; a dual-qualified barrister and solicitor, appointed a QC in 2012.
Acted in many significant discrimination cases involving multi-million pound claims; generally acting for high profile individuals and senior executives. In 2020, she acted for a global CHRO; European CFO; a global GC; a Peer, as well as equity partners and CEOs. She acts for clients whether as claimants or individual respondents/defendants to claims. Last year, she acted in the widely reported cases of A v UBS (acting for Ms A) and Goulbourne v Labour Party, and is currently representing the claimant in the sex discrimination/harassment case against Mike Hill MP. She gave evidence to the Parliamentary Women and Equalities Committee about sexual harassment in March 2018 and is widely quoted in and interviewed by the press and news channels. She has advised Weinstein victims and victims of sexual harassment by diplomats and a former cabinet member.
