An OSBA Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, Susan strategically designs estate plans that achieve clients’ goals while protecting their assets and optimizing their tax outcomes. She prepares prenuptial and postnuptial agreements to help clients make critical decisions regarding their assets, providing clarity and control upon termination of the marriage, whether by death or divorce. She handles the administration of complex trusts and estates, as well as litigation involving contested matters in the probate courts. She frequently advises individuals and charities on the issues of charitable giving.

Susan has lectured on a wide variety of estate planning, prenuptial and postnuptial and probate topics. She is engaged as an expert in litigated disputes involving trusts and as an expert consultant to arbitrators and mediators to assist parties in creatively resolving their disputes with the use of trusts.
