Sudhanshu practises in arbitration, commercial law and public international law. His public international law practice covers investment arbitration, immunities, the foreign act of state doctrine, the law of the sea, international environmental law and human rights. He acts for states, state officials, multinational corporations and NGOs.

His commercial practice includes shipping, international trade, banking and finance, energy and natural resources, and group/tort claims against multinational corporations. He has extensive experience in international arbitration under the UNCITRAL, ICC, LCIA, LMAA and GAFTA Rules. Sudhanshu also advises on climate change matters, drawing on his expertise in public international and commercial law.
