Stefan advises in domestic and cross-border real estate financings for 20 years and is a recognized practitioner in this area. His practice area covers traditional real estate related financing instruments like loans secured on real estate.

In addition, Stefan’s expertise includes innovative financing elements, in particular real estate project/development finance, real estate structured finance and MBS (Mortgage-Backed Securities) originations and securitisations.

A further focus of Stefan’s practice are cross-border restructurings and (in-and-out-of insolvency) work-outs of German real estate financings.
