Shin Ushijima, founding partner of Ushijima & Partners has an enormous wealth of experience regarding international transactions, M&A, dispute resolution, system development, anti-monopoly law, labour, and tax law. In the area of dispute resolution, he excels at large-scale complex disputes and cross-border disputes.

He currently serves as the president of an NPO called the "Japan Corporate Governance Network" with 600 members, including 100 former CEOs. He has also served as a board member of several well-known companies, including listed companies.
