Seung Il Hong's principal areas of practice include capital markets, corporate financing, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments and foreign investments. Since he joined Bae, Kim & Lee LLC in 2009, he represented and advised clients on many high-profile domestic and international initial public offerings and listings, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions of financial or non-financial companies and offshore project financing.
