Attorney at Law from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and Senior Advisor of Villaseca Abogados.

He is specialized in Intellectual Property, International Law and Civil Law, with a wide experience in contentious, administrative and contractual matters.

He has been president of the Interamerican Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and president of ACHIPI, Chilean Group of AIPPI- Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle -, as well as university professor.

Currently, he participates in the Chilean Bar Association, ACHIPI, Inter-American Association of Industrial Property (ASIPI), and International Trademark Association (INTA).
