The team regularly appears before INAPI (Chile’s Trademark and Patent Office) and NIC Chile (.CL domain authority), and advises on regulatory frameworks under ISP (Institute of Public Health) and SAG (Agricultural and Livestock Service), particularly in connection with plant varieties, cosmetics, biotech products, and food labeling regulations.
