A recognized thought leader, Max is regional coordinator of the Studienvereinigung Kartellrecht for Frankfurt and co-founder of the Competition Litigation Forum in Germany. He regularly publishes articles on antitrust law issues and has co-authored a cartel damages handbook.
Max recently served on the firm’s Associates, Recruiting, and Legal Professional & Paralegal Committees, and he was local leader of the firm’s First Generation Professionals affinity group in Germany.
