Career

Mr. Giraud represents French and multinational clients before the European Commission (EC) and the French competition authority in a wide range of competition law issues.

Mr. Giraud has particular expertise in advising clients active in the telecommunications, shipping energy, media, retail and financial services sectors.

He frequently assists clients in obtaining merger clearances for their planned transactions and has led some of the most significant merger matters in recent years.
