Career

Ms. Saltiel represents international companies before the European Commission and the French competition authority in merger control proceedings and cartel investigations, and coordinates multi-jurisdictional merger filings for global transactions.

Her main areas of practice embrace merger control, anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominant position. She also advises clients in the context of private damages actions. Ms. Saltiel advises clients active in a broad range of industries including telecoms, financial services and energy.

Moreover, she has professional experience in both French and international law firms as well as in the legal department of an American company.
