- Represented the LPA in the Westferry call in inquiry and the High Court proceedings.

- Represented the developers in gaining permission for 400 houses in the Green Belt in Little Chalfont.

- Represented the developers in the B and Q Cricklewood call in inquiry for 1000 houses.

- Represented the developers in the Bury St Edmund inquiry for 1300 houses.

- Instructed in the Marlow Film Studios inquiry programmed for 2025.

Career

Sasha joined the Bar in 1991 and gained tenancy in 1993 in the Chambers of Lionel Read.

He has practiced from the same chambers for the past 30 years.

He took silk in 2013.

He has worked for most of the leading solicitors, planning consultants and developers in the UK.

He was head of the planning group at Landmark from 2020-2023.
