Sara draws on substantial trial and case management experience to represent companies and investors in high-stakes disputes in federal and state courts. She regularly represents clients on a range of matters involving:

Before joining Latham, Sara was a partner at a litigation firm in New York. She previously clerked for Judge Vincent L. Briccetti of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
