Sanela has a broad range of experience working with a range of superannuation fund trustees and superannuation administrators. She advises trustees on all aspects of operating a superannuation fund which includes superannuation law, privacy law, family law, corporate law and litigation.
Sanela regularly advises clients in relation to:
• successor fund transfers
• licensing and disclosure obligations under the Corporations Act
• group insurance arrangements
• matters involving the regulators such as breach reporting and relief applications
• corporate governance
• civil procedure and dispute resolution
• privacy law, and
• anti-money laundering compliance.
Sanela works closely with clients, and has been seconded on two occasions for 6-month periods to an in-house counsel role with our clients. She also sits in an advisory role on one client’s board committee responsible for determining insurance claims made by superannuation members.
