Sally has been with Lerman Senter, PLLC for over thirty-five years and has served as the firm's managing member since 2017. Sally is an expert in regulatory and operational matters facing media companies of all sizes. Her clients include large publicly traded broadcasters, program networks, large and small family-owned companies, trade associations, investment companies, lenders and content producers. Sally has represented numerous clients in the acquisition and sale of media properties ranging in value from $75,000 to more than $1 billion. She also drafts and negotiates complex programming and distribution agreements. She enjoys helping clients structure complex transactions to ensure compliance with FCC regulations.
