Ross writes many articles on UK immigration law and is a contributing Lexis author, where he updated practice notes on routes for creatives, as well as the initial analysis of the Scale-up visa. He advised one of the UK’s first firms to use this new way to source international talent to scale up. He has also written on the new  Expansion Worker immigration route for companies moving into the UK market, as well as advising one of the first companies to use this new route.
