Rosa Espín is one of the most influential and inspiring women in the legal industry today. As co-founder and co-CEO of Ambar, she has played a leading role in building the largest community of independent elite lawyers in the world — a network of more than 400 top-tier professionals working with the most demanding corporate clients and investment funds.

Within Ambar, Rosa has led the development of Ambar Hauss, the company’s proprietary legaltech platform. Powered by over 50,000 data points from more than 800 projects, Ambar Hauss enables smart project allocation and seamless legal service delivery. Rosa’s leadership has been instrumental in turning Ambar Hauss into a game-changer for how complex legal work is sourced and executed.

Before founding Ambar, Rosa worked at Latham & Watkins LLP in both Madrid and London, where she served as Counsel in the Litigation and Regulatory Department. She holds a PhD in Public Law and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, which further enrich her strategic and managerial expertise.

Rosa has been consistently recognized for her contributions to the legal field. She has appeared on Iberian Lawyer’s list of the 50 most inspiring women in law every year from 2021 to 2025, and was included in Forbes’ Top 100 Most Creative People in Business.
