Rosa Espín is one of the most influential and inspiring women in the legal industry today. Before founding Ambar, Rosa worked at Latham & Watkins LLP in both Madrid and London, where she served as Counsel in the Litigation and Regulatory Department. She holds a PhD in Public Law and an Executive MBA from IESE Business School, which further enrich her strategic and managerial expertise.
Rosa has been consistently recognized for her contributions to the legal field. She has appeared on Iberian Lawyer’s list of the 50 most inspiring women in law every year from 2021 to 2025, and was included in Forbes’ Top 100 Most Creative People in Business.
