He has provided counsel to numerous national and international clients on a variety of matters related to infrastructure projects, with a particular emphasis on transportation, logistics, and energy sectors. Specifically, Rodrigo has been involved in designing structured and tailored legal solutions, which encompass the review, negotiation, and drafting of various complex contracts (including EPC, EPC-M, "Maximum Price Guaranteed," "Cost-plus" etc.), structuring project financing, identifying and managing risks, presenting and negotiating claims, as well as preparing notifications and offering assistance in bids, permits, concessions, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).

Specialization in Tax Law from the Brazilian Institute of Tax Studies (IBET). Certificate in Tax Planning from IBET. Bachelor of Law from the Faculty of Law of the University of São Paulo.
