Felipe is specialized in projects and infrastructure, including drafting and negotiation of complex construction, O&M and commercial contracts, project financing structuring, risks identification and management, presentation and negotiation of claims, preparation of notifications, especially in the logistic, energy and industrial sector.

With over 10 years of experience, he has worked in well-known legal departments of major Brazilian and multinational companies, spanning infrastructure, construction, logistics, port, and industrial operations sectors.

Postgraduate degree in Business Law from Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC/RJ). Bachelor of Law from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Certificate in Port Regulation from FGR/Rio; Government affairs and Advocacy from ITS/Rio.
