Career

Rodrigo Gil is a founding partner at Jana & Gil Dispute Resolution. He is a Fulbright Scholar and holds an LLM from UC Berkeley Law (2008).

Rodrigo has extensive experience as lead counsel in international commercial arbitration and investment treaty disputes under ICSID rules. He regularly advises national and foreign clients in disputes relating to energy, mining, construction, infrastructure and telecommunications. He also defends clients in antitrust disputes, complex civil conflicts and in litigation procedures relating to arbitration.

In addition to his practice as a litigator, Rodrigo regularly acts as an arbitrator and is a professor of private law at the Universidad de Chile.
