Career
Mr. Sheehan chairs the Private Client group and the Trusts and Estates practice at Curtis. His practice focuses on domestic and international estate and succession planning, administration and trust law. He represents a variety of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, corporate executives, real estate developers, family offices and philanthropists. Mr. Sheehan’s experience includes contested fiduciary matters, tax controversy, and representation of charitable organizations and private foundations. Along with being a partner at Curtis, he holds a number of fiduciary positions, serving as trustee or co-trustee of several personal trusts.
