Richard B Swan

Richard is co-head of the firms litigation department and co-head of the commercial litigation practice and carries on a focused litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution practice. He has comprehensive and extensive trial and appellate experience, regularly appearing before a range of tribunals, arbitral bodies and courts, including all levels of court in Ontario and the Federal Court. Richard's expertise includes corporate and shareholder disputes, oppression, securities, commercial disputes, restructurings, injunctions, arbitration, professional negligence, economic torts, professional discipline, estates litigation, health law and administrative and constitutional law matters.

Admitted to the Ontario Bar in 1991.
