Alongside his administrative-law judicial practice, he is actively involved in criminal-administrative cases throughout Italy and as President or Member of Arbitration Boards in public law matters.
As an Emeritus Professor of Administrative Law and Director of the Scientific Review “Rivista di Diritto Processuale Amministrativo”, he also participates as a lecturer and moderator in master-classes, seminars, and conferences across various fields of the law.
Among his many public roles, he participated in the Ministerial Commission for the drafting of the Administrative Procedure Code (Legislative Decree no. 104/2010), establishing himself as one of the main experts on the matter at a national level.
He was awarded the prestigious “Premio Sorrentino" as an "eminent jurist", for his “preparation and the indisputable talents” as a Professor of Law and Attorney, "which earned him the esteemed respect of both Judges and Colleagues".
