Employment and labour relations law. Extensive experience in employment, pension, social security, industrial relations and commercial agency, in both contentious and non-contentious matters, such as individual and collective dismissals, reorganisation, outsourcing, transfer of business. He provides assistance in all legal matters associated with the management of human resources, including those regarding the establishment, management and termination of employment relationships, the adoption of stock option plans and the establishment of pension funds.

He has handled several collective dismissal , representing his clients also in trade union negotiations. He is often involved in M&A and outsourcing transactions, in which he follows all employment, pension and due diligence issues.

He also provides assistance to top-executives and managing directors.
