Career
Rémi Passemard graduated from the Sorbonne University in Paris in private and international trade law in 1990 and in EU law in 1991.
He began his career with Jeantet & associés in 1991, practicing international litigation and arbitration for 3 years. He then joined the major French firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1994, specializing in commercial litigation, banking litigation and domestic / cross border insolvency proceedings. Before participating in the creation of BOPS firm, Rémi was a Partner at Norton Rose in Paris. He then became a co-founding partner with Pascal Ormen of Ormen Passemard - ORPA Legal, a highly regarded law firm in the areas of commercial litigation and insurance.

On the commercial and banking side, Rémi regularly acts as defense counsel before French courts in banking litigation cases concerning debt recovery, implementation of securities, investments on stock markets, unit-linked life insurance contracts, and disputes arising from investment structuring transactions (wealth management).
