Work includes all aspects of the land use planning and development process from solicitor work involved in the commencement of an approvals process through to any litigation or controversy that arises from the process, including archaeological and Aboriginal law matters. Regularly engaged in matters involving construction- and infrastructure-related legal work, specializing in matters involving municipalities. Appears before the Ontario Land Tribunal and before all levels of court in Ontario.
