Career

Rafael is a founding partner of Viera Abogados and thanks to his more than 20 years of experience, he is a reference in the area of litigation and dispute resolution in Peru. In fact, his work has been recognized by international rankings such as Chambers & Partners, Leaders League, and Thomson Reuters, among others.

He holds a Master's degree in Jurisdictional Policy from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, specializing in civil procedural law, corporate procedural law, constitutional procedural law - injunctions, administrative litigation, civil property law, dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation.
