Dr. Radeemada, LEXEL's Partner and Head of Patent & Life Science, is a highly qualified Registered Patent Attorney with more than 20 years of extensive experience in the full patent life cycle, both in leading law firms and industry. She has an LL.B., together with a B.Sc. in Chemistry; an M.Sc. in Petrochemistry and Polymer Science; and a Ph.D. in Biotechnology (bioinformatics/ chemonetrics). Due to her multidisciplinary knowledge, Radeemada is not only be able to understand complex technology, but also see through to the legal issues hidden behind. Radeemada’s main areas of practice are patents, data privacy, trade secrets, plant varieties protection, biodiversity, patent license, technology transfer, and R&D contracts.
