Rachel is an experienced private client lawyer who advises individuals, families and trustees, both in the UK and internationally, on issues including personal tax and succession, wealth structuring and governance. She has developed a broad range of expertise in the field, with a special interest in cross-border succession planning and estate administration.

Rachel has extensive experience advising on all aspects of succession planning including agricultural, business and heritage assets, domicile and tax residence, philanthropy and mental capacity. She regularly advises on the administration of complex estates and international probate, as well as the creation, administration and governance of trusts.
