Career
• Founder of Nasser Advogados with almost 30 years of experience in the areas of business, corporate, arbitration, antitrust and internacional trade law.
• Acts in complex negotiations, crisis management, arbitration and mediation, as well as in administrative procedures in the areas of trade remedies and antitrust law.
• Represents companies, in Brazil and abroad, in transactions and projects in several fields and industries, including infraestructure, construction, energy, chemistry, medical, retail and defense.
• Professor of internacional law, internacional trade law and arbitration at the São Paulo Law School of Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV Direito SP).
• Member of the indicative list of panelists from Brazil at the World Trade Organization (WTO) and of the List of Candidates for Appointment as Chairpersons for Arbitrations published by the European Commission in 2022, with a list of arbitrators suitable to serve as chaipersons of arbitral tribunal constituted under the international agreement entered into by the European Union.
• Member of the list of arbritatiors of the Chamber of Arbitration and Mediation of the Federation of Industries of the State of Paraná (CAMFIEP) and the panel of arbitrators of the Chamber of Mediation, Conciliation and Arbitration of the OAB/SP.
