Quentin specializes in the acquisition and disposal of real estate assets and property companies, joint ventures, development projects and asset management (including commercial leases). He is also assisting clients in negotiating financing documentation.

MOUNTPARK PROPERTIES for the drafting and negotiation of the legal documentation necessary for building, leasing and selling (to JP MORGAN) 2 logistics buildings (total size of 175,000 m2) located in Orleans

ALTAREA in setting-up a joint-venture with JP MORGAN for acquiring and restructuring a portfolio of 4 office buildings located in Paris

LOGICOR for the asset management of its logistics portfolio in France
