Philip specialises in all areas of revenue law both corporate and personal, direct and indirect with special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, demergers and reconstructions, financing, share transactions and loan relationships. He also specialises in the taxation of insolvencies including administrations, liquidations and receiverships. Clients include solicitors, accountants, insolvency practitioners and corporates.
