He is the global professor of arbitration at the University of Notre Dame, a long-term Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, a UK representative on the ICC Commission on Arbitration, a co-author of a leading book on the LCIA Arbitration Rules, and a consulting editor for LexisNexis.
