Career

Péter Gárdos began his legal career at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He later played an active role in the codification of the new Hungarian Civil Code, contributing in particular to the development of contract and securities law.

In 2008, he joined Gárdos Mosonyi Tomori Law Office, where he became a partner in 2014. His practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets and complex dispute resolution, with a strong emphasis on financial instruments, securities, creditor protection and investment-related litigation and arbitration.
