Practice Areas
Peter Wardle is Associate Counsel and a member of our Commercial Litigation and Professional Liability Practice Groups. Peter has been involved in a large number of trials and court applications involving shareholder and partnership disputes, securities, banking, competition, professional negligence, wrongful dismissal, estates, construction, real estate and environmental issues, as well as a wide variety of contractual disputes. He has also participated in a number of arbitrations involving commercial issues and has mediated a number of commercial disputes. Peter has also appeared before a wide variety of regulatory tribunals, including the Ontario and Nova Scotia Securities Commissions, and the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario.

Peter is a bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada, chairs its Professional Development & Competence Committee, and sits on the Litigation, Tribunal and Compensation committees; He is a past director of The Advocates’ Society
