Per represents developers, investors (including corporates, investment funds, and asset management firms) and lenders (including private credit, commercial lenders, ECAs, and DFIs) on all aspects of energy and infrastructure deals - from structuring, development, construction, project financing, and through to operation, including in relation to joint venture / development arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and project restructuring and refinancing.
A true industry specialist, Per has worked on many first of its-kind, market-leading energy and infrastructure projects across the globe, but predominantly in Asia, including projects located in Bangladesh, Japan, Cambodia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Laos, and India. Per is also at the forefront of new industry practices, advising on renewables, renewable energy certificates, and hydrogen projects.
