Per specializes in the development, financing, acquisition, and divestment of complex energy and infrastructure projects. He has broad experience across energy and infrastructure sectors, with deep expertise in power, LNG regasification, and decarbonization projects. Per advises project developers, investors—including corporates, investment funds, and asset management firms—and lenders, including private credit providers, commercial banks, export credit agencies, and development finance institutions. His work spans the full lifecycle of energy and infrastructure transactions, from structuring and development through construction, project financing, and operations, as well as joint venture and development arrangements, mergers and acquisitions, divestments, and project restructurings and refinancings.
