Paul Burnley

Paul is a corporate defence lawyer having handled numerous Corporate and individual Director health & safety and manslaughter prosecutions.

With over 30 years’ experience he has advised and represented Clients in some of the most high profile cases brought before the criminal courts and Public Inquiries such as Grenfell and Covid-19. Nor surprisingly, he has extensive experience in Coroners Inquests which follow on from workplace accidents.

He leads internal investigations for the Client ranging from Asbestos contamination to the death of employees ,contractors or members of the public. As an aside he provides bespoke training for Clients in how to handle a Police/HSE investigation and is a recognised national speaker on crisis management.
