Pamela is an experienced environmental and societal solicitor at CMS. She is a specialist environment, sustainability and product practitioner. Pamela advises clients on all aspects of environmental, climate change, product regulatory, societal and human rights issues, across a wide range of sectors including energy, manufacturing, industrial and chemicals. Her practice is varied and includes transactional work as well as advisory. She previously spent some time on secondment to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency’s legal team where she was heavily involved in training the specialist environmental procurators fiscal.
