Pam set up Loch Associates in 2007 to respond to the need for commercial and bespoke solutions for clients. She has continued to evolve the business to respond to client needs and is now proud to have services offering solutions in all elements of HR and employment law.

As well as being the Managing Director of Loch Associates Group, Pam has also been a specialist, award-winning employment law solicitor for over 20 years. Her passion for finding solutions to help businesses manage and look after their people is reflected in the development and success of the four businesses across the group.

Unusually Pam is a dual qualified solicitor, being admitted as a solicitor in Scotland and England & Wales. Clients like her pragmatic, commercially focussed approach and solutions. Pam is a prolific networker and seasoned commentator on the TV and radio on employment law and HR issues.
